Contact your insurance company to file a claim. Explain that the roofing company that inspected the roof found storm damage and that you need an adjuster to look at the damage. They may ask for our name and phone number, and will take your name, number, and your policy number to provide to the adjuster.

The adjustor will call to set up a time for the visit.

IMPORTANT - get their name, number, and appointment time. You don't need to be there unless the adjustor needs to look at damage inside the home.

VERY IMPORTANT – USA SUPREME would like to be there when the adjuster arrives. We are committed to providing legitimate claims to the insurance company. When they see us on site, they know that a reputable company is working with their policyholder.

If the claim is approved, the adjuster will either give you the first check or will mail the check after the paperwork is completed, usually 5 - 10 days.

Once you receive your paperwork and your first check, please contact us. We will come to your location and help you pick out shingles, review the paperwork and sign your contract. At this time, we may collect the first insurance check.

We will schedule the roof installation as quickly as possible. Most roofs will take 2-3 days to replace, depending on the weather and other factors.

Certificate of Completion - when we complete the work, we will send the certificate to the insurance company so they know the roof has been replaced. The insurance company will release any funds that may have been withheld in the first check.

When you receive the final check, call us and we'll come to you to collect the balance. The total cost of the work is the amount covered by the insurance company, your deductible, and the cost of any additional work outside the claim that you requested.
