AIR DUCT CLEANING

Our air duct cleaning procedure removes contaminants from the air ducts of your duct system. Our technicians vacuum and brush the ducts to remove dust and pollutants that can cause allergens and dirty the unit. We use only environmentally friendly products to disinfect and deodorize (safe for pets & children). UNIT MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

The components in the unit need to be cleaned and maintained periodically. Each unit is different, and many factors contribute to determining the best cleaning and maintenance schedule for your unit. Our technicians can evaluate your system and provide you with the best maintenance schedule for your system.

Sealing the system is important as well. Sealing will prevent air leaks, which can cause condensation, and lead to mold and mildew in the system. Below are some photos of cleaning and sealing the unit and ducts; performed by our technicians.

EVAPORATOR  COIL CLEANING

It is important to replace filters routinely in order to help prevent coils from getting dirty. Dirty coils can cause many issues: blocking airflow, increasing utility bills, imbalanced refrigerant levels, and decrease the performance and lifespan of the unit. Evaporator coils that become seriously blocked from overdue maintenance can cause them to ice over, decrease cooling, and overheat or damage the compressor.

AIR DUCT REPLACEMENT

When ducts are old or in poor condition USA Supreme Air LLC recommends replacing them. Sometimes air duct cleaning is not sufficient because the system is undersized, too old, damaged, leaky, or overall in too poor of condition to be cleaned. Our technicians will analyze all the duct systems in your home, including those in the air conditioning, heating, bathroom, dryer vent and kitchen to provide you with an estimate for the services necessary to ensure that your air duct system is functioning in full force. DRAIN LINE FLUSHING

A clogged drain line can lead to overflow and water damage from leaking. A dirty drain line can damage the unit system and reduce the lifespan of the unit. A dirty drain line can cause mold or mildew in the system; thus, causing contaminated air to flow into your home and possibly causing breathing issues. Keeping your drain lines clean and clear will help prevent these possibilities.

ULTRA VIOLET LIGHT INSTALLATION

 Ultra Violet Light (UV Light), is used for germicidal disinfection to kill mold and mildew growing inside the air handler. The UV light is mounted on the side of plenum just above the A-frame evaporator coils so that the light shines on the coils. UV Light benefits are listed below:
